The solution seemed so obvious: just stitch the damn pads in place!
But when I looked around, no one was doing it. The big brands were too busy chasing trends to solve this everyday frustration that affects literally every woman.
So we did what they wouldn’t. We stopped talking and started stitching. Problem solved.

Before I started REZYLE, I spent years as a certified personal trainer and weight loss coach, helping hundreds of women rediscover their strength and confidence. You know, all those things we somehow lose track of along the way, especially after kids.
But I’m not here pretending I’ve got life figured out. At 23, I lost my mom to cancer—completely out of nowhere. That gut punch taught me something I live by every day: tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, so why waste time on bullshit?
And when I became a mom myself, that philosophy hit even harder. Time became everything.
